Jake holds 2 World Titles, 1 Australian, and 4 State Titles in natural bodybuilding. He is a 4-time Pro Card Winner.

Jake has coached thousands of lifestyle and comp prep clients, educating them on nutrition and training techniques, ensuring they succeed to their fullest potential.

Jake was a semi-finalist on Ninja Warrior Australia in 2017 and has traveled the world presenting seminars at fitness expos as an athlete for Cellucor and MuscleTech. 

Jake has shared his content with his 600k+ social media audience and is now setting his sights on education and building a community with Abel Fit and Grunt HQ.
